Physical Products

Please note that all Matthew’s Planet Shop physical products use a service called Printify.

Printify is a print-on-demand company, meaning all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery.

Digital Products

We do not offer refunds for digital products.

If, for whatever reason, the digital product does not work as described, please contact us and let us know what the issue is, and we will be happy to work with you to correct the issue.
